About Us...
- Stabarn Ltd was conceived by Mike Tozer in 1973, His intention being to fill a gap in the stainless steel stockholding market with the purchasing and reselling of surplus reusable stocks.
- The Birmingham based company is now the largest stockist of surplus reusable stainless steel in the UK. It is located only a mile from the famous 'spaghetti junction' and specialises in surplus reusable stainless steel tube - pipe - hollow bar - rounds - hexagons and flats and to a lesser degree box section and angle in the majority of the 300 series specifications.
- In addition the company also keep reasonable tonnage of rounds, flats and hexagons in the 400 series of magnetic chrome irons.
- The company which is ISO 9001 approved carries about a million pounds worth of stock in their two 6,000 square foot warehouses with about half of these stocks comprising of the tube, pipe and hollow bar.
- Stabarn Ltd. prides itself on being able to supply small quantities and short cut lengths of material at very competitive rates without incurring high minimum charges.
- Our cutting capacity which is provided by two 'AMADA' band-saws will take up to a 16" (400mm) diameter.
- Deliveries can in the majority of cases be provided on a 'next day' basis via one of the countries leading overnight carriers and larger consignments can be despatched to any destination in the U.K. on a three day delivery service.
